We always welcome new ideas on how to improve Yasni and we’re eager to make all our users happy. Therefore, we would appreciate any feedback, suggestions or complaints (although go easy on the latter 
) and if we can, we’ll get back to you in a timely manner.

i’d like to cancel my account - and simply can’t understand why this isn’t possible by a simple “click”.
ich moechte mich abmelden (vulgo “meinen account loeschen”), und finde es ziemlich unverschaemt, dass das nicht per knopfdruck (vulgo “click”) funktioniert.

i have to agree. i just discovered that there are several entries under my name, search results from medical forums, etc.,which somehow made it to yasni.de. i never signed up for this and find that i cannot get out of it. absolutely unacceptable.

If you’ve an account on yasni then please just send a short email to info (at) yasni.info and we’ll delete it immediately. We’re not taking any hostages… Promised! ;-))

If you have no account on Yasni, then you’re talking about your regular search results on the Web. These public search results are also findable via Google, Live or Yahoo… Get out of them, then you’re out of Yasni as well, no problem. But it’s not in our power, you hold all the aces.

what do you mean by related people? there are people related to my account but i don’t know them personnaly, how come?

@jaz: The “Related People” tag cloud is not referred to your person but to your name. Meaning that it consists of other names related to your name… actually this might be a person that you don’t know, but somebody with the same name of yours.

Please stop searching the required information which I requeated yasni services in Apr - May 09. Please stop the communication in this respect immediately. I have been trying to send mails to you in this respect for the past 2 months. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I do not need the service ( i. e people search ) any more.

Hello There,
I would like to ask you the follwoing: If I make a search on someone, will he/she be alerted about the search? Or just the public information will be searched through without informing the person?

I was trying to make comments and many applications on many users of Yasni.When I click an item a dialog box opens partially hidden so that I can not click ’send’.If I can not sign any dialog box I like to quit Yasni

Hello!
My partner has written to you to request you delete the names that appear under “suggested searches” or “kennen sie auch”, and we are thankful that this was done efficiently. However these suggested searches still appear in google, so that I can type someone else´s name and my partner´s yasni profile pops up in google, and the suggested searches too (although in the yasni page it is gone). I wonder if you can do anything about it.
